I am Mark Weston. I am a qualified
person-centred counsellor (FdSc from the University of Brighton) and qualified supervisor (Diploma in Therapeutic
Counselling Supervision from Sussex Psychotherapy and Counselling). I have a great deal of experience of both one to
one counselling and group work and I work largely in a person-centred way although I will call on other counselling
disciplines where I feel that it is appropriate for the client. I have specific experience in working with
addictions both at Addaction and Action for Change and also specific work in bereavement gained at St Peter and St
James Hospice (Chailey) and St Michael's Hospice (St Leonards on Sea). I am a member of the BACP and my work is
grounded in the BACP ethical framework. I
receive supervision under the guidelines outlined by the BACP, this ensures that I am constantly reviewing my
practice.
I am a qualified supervisor and offer one to one supervision including reduced rate supervision for students on a recognised training course.
